Northside Diversity Job Fair / Feria de Trabajo

HANA Center will host its 2nd annual Job Fair on May 2nd, 2019 in partnership with Indo-American Center and Albany Park Community Center.

Over 20 employers will be present looking for diverse candidates. Come find your new opportunity! Some companies include: The Metropolitan Club, Hilton, Lettuce Entertain You, Superdawg, US Census, and more!

In preparation, we are hosting workshops to help you navigate a job fair! How do you make a great impression when there are so many other candidates? Come get your resume reviewed, practice your elevator speech, and get tips on how to prioritize for the employers you want to talk to!

Notes before attending a hiring event or job interview
– Always research the company at their website
– Apply at the company website when possible AND attend the hiring event
– Bring photo ids, multiple resume copies, list of references, a pen and notepad
– Dress business casual unless specified
