You will then be free to meet with recruiters and hiring managers from each company that has attracted your interest. At the same time, you will be able to network not only with various employers, but also with other professionals. Some employers will offer on the spot interviews and job offers. Notes before attending a hiring event or job interview

– Apply at the company website when possible AND attend the hiring event
– Bring photo ids, multiple resume copies, list of references, a pen and notepad
– Dress business casual unless specified
